What will you do?

We will equip you with the practical skills and experience you need to hit the ground running. Immerse yourself in a dynamic tech culture, tackle real-world projects, gain invaluable insights into project management from discovery to delivery of projects, and benefit from personalized guidance and career counseling from our experienced resources.

Responsibilities:

• Learn the fundamentals of project management
• Participate in planning various project operations.
• Communicate with all parties involved in the project.
• Learn to measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Identify and manage scope, cost, constraints, issues, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Adapt approaches based on project requirements.
• Take part in team meetings for project planning, sprint planning, account reviews, daily standups, etc.
• Participate in client-facing meetings for status updates and communications.
• Keep up to date on the latest trends and technologies.

What do you need to succeed?

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a relevant field. Only fresh or recently graduated candidates will be considered.
• Good grip on Software principles and fundamentals.
• Good knowledge of Software project management principles.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple project life cycles in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Scrum, etc.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and environment.

• Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others.
