We are seeking a skilled Senior Power BI Developer to join our team and drive data analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, data modeling, and report development using Power BI. You will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights and ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Migrate reports from QlikView to Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Reverse engineer existing reports to create comprehensive data models in Power BI.
Develop, design, and deploy high-quality reports in Power BI based on business needs.
Write complex SQL queries to manipulate data and create efficient data models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Optimize existing Power BI reports for improved performance and usability.
Develop interactive and visually compelling reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Integrate Power BI with various data sources, including databases, APIs, and other data repositories.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data engineers, and IT professionals
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data visualization and reporting.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience working with Power BI and QlikView, including report migration.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server and query writing for data manipulation and analysis.
Proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying interactive and dynamic Power BI reports and dashboards.
Hands-on experience in designing the architecture of reports and data modeling.
Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field preferred.
