We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the real estate market, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

 Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and market research.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs and providing tailored solutions.

Property Presentations: Conduct engaging property presentations and tours, effectively communicating the value and benefits of the properties.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close real estate transactions, ensuring mutual satisfaction for both the client and the company.

Market Analysis: Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and other related documentation to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service and property offerings.

Skills:

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.

Self-motivated: Highly motivated, with a drive to succeed and a passion for real estate sales.
