ü  To ensure timely Submission of periodic/requested reports to DPO/PM.
ü    Carry out project data entry and disseminate best practices and lesson learnt.
ü  Data punching for the entire respective district.
ü   Develop satirical reports for smooth execution of program activities.
ü  Managing Nutrition information system (NIS)
ü  Coordinate with field staff for submission of daily and monthly reports.
ü  Assist and facilitate the program team to ensure timely preparation and summation of reports.
ü  Perform any other duties as required by the organization( DPO/FM)   
ü  Collect necessary baseline information about the area to insure timely implementation of the project (all components) activities in the field.
ü  Mobilize and build capacity of targeted community.
ü  Screen the targeted children and Pregnant and Lactating women (PLW’s).
ü  Identify and refer the malnourished children and PLW’s to Nutrition Assistant.
ü  Enroll the identified malnourished children and PLW’s in Supplementary feeding programme and distribute the supplementary food among the malnourished children and PLW’s.
ü  Disseminate key and safety messages among beneficiaries.
ü  Conduct follow up visits of MAM children and PLW’s and record the improvement in MUAC of the beneficiary after every 15 days.
ü  Identify the reasons of malnutrition in the targeted village and record the practices of malnourished and well nourished people.
ü  Conduct Health & Hygiene Training Sessions.
ü  Promote IYCF practices among breastfeeding mothers.
ü  Maintain & update all record at office level.
