概要

My educational background in Social Sciences, Gender Women Studies MBA has enabled me to develop good organizational skills, an analytically/logical approach to tasks and the ability to work under pressure. I have been working in development sector since 2005 with various National International organizations including The Asia Foundation, UNDP and Rural Support Program. Over the period, I have developed skills in team motivation, resource mobilization, strategy and related plans to implement project, advocacy strategy , monitoring evaluation and capacity building program for CCB's, CSOs and other local government stakeholders.
I have vast experience in coordination with training institutions, donors and NGOs especially during project implementation. This experience particularly involves coordination with government, communities CCBs, District Bar Associations, Law enforcing agencies and Human Rights Commission at district level. Over the past nine years I have been actively coordinating with major donors for programs like strengthening local government, capacity building, media, policy makers, and parliamentarians. My key strengths are adaptability, dependability and determination to get the task done as proven by varied work experiences as evident by my resume.
Furthermore, I have been contributing in programme development, course oversight, and performance assessments. Moreover, whilst my on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including first-rate analytical and communication abilities. The key achievements include
Police Community Relationship Program while working with UNDP Project.
Assisted with planning and organizing capacity building activities for CSO organizations according to the project plan including scheduling, venues, participants, trainers, internal approvals, and communication.
Identified support needs for sub-grantees organizations and mentoring networks.
Collaboration with CSO trainers and CSO grants officers to implement and document capacity building activities.
Implementation of ME plans and assess project results
Participate in Organizational Capacity Assessment process of participating civil society organizations.
I am comfortable to work well both at my own initiative and as part of a team without any limitation to travel. I have Fluency in a number of native languages like Sarieki fluency in English, Urdu, Sindhi, Punjabi and Hindko. Good working knowledge of SPSS, MS Excel, MS Office.
