概要

Growing up in a developing community has taught me the different challenges a person faces when working in the sector. In addition, as a Senior-Social Organizer and Gender Expert at Aga Khan Rural Support program, I learned to deal with a variety of Community awareness and Gender Awareness program, related Research and study groups. Moreover, social and demographic challenges through Special Training Learning Programme on Social development, local and international seminars and, social interpersonal communication, and negotiation skill courses.. Along with my education, my experience as Member legislative Assembly of Gilgit-Baltistan and then Advisor for Education, Social and Women Development for Gilgit-Baltistan has confirmed my interest and success in a Poverty reduction, social development, and community and women empowerment.

Having my diversified experience of working with different communities, NGO’s and people working and residing in the different culture has made me pluralist in nature. Supporting, guiding, favoring and working for these communities engulf my personality trait
