Arrange dispatch plane with TSM coordination and dispatch maximum no of units as per given plan.
Generate gate passes by using SAP
Maintain advance gate passes data and share with TSM and Country Manager.
Receive stock from different Dawlance ware houses and make DN and TN
Manage the resources as per requirement.
Report the management about stock receiving and force the concern person to arrange the packing or other thing as per requirement if need.
Responsible to record data for return units or items and report to concern TSM and Country Manager.
Share daily dispatch detail with TSM, TSM HOD, and Country Manager.
Resolve all problems related to inventory by checking physical stock and in SAP
Check the damage inventory and inform to service canter and quality department for further activity.

Submitting Shipping instructions to the carrier as per documents.
Ensuring that the shipping instructions are submitted before the vessel cutoff date.
Following and handling the all aspects of FCL shipments from origin to multiple destinations
at the same time.
Working for the Head office (Dubai) export operations and for the back office (Pakistan)
export operations at the same time.
Coordinating with different departments (custom, booking, import etc.) and with customers
and shipping lines for daily operation functions.
Arranging necessary certificates required for different destinations.
Preparing House Bill of lading in E freight software and generating E freight jobs in the
software for the invoice purpose
Solving the queries and issues of customers and providing necessary information to the
customers related to the shipments
