CURRENT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Correspondence with buyers and keeping record of all samples related to the buyers orders.
Maintain Sampling record and accounts of courier companies.
Verifying all the samples prior to send customer.
Follow up all concerned orders and manage sample plans of parties.
Prepare all concerned samples related to orders and new developments.
Prepare all the meetings & exhibitions samples i.e. Heimtex, Market week, Directors meeting for customer development.
Research and development from weaving to finished.
Making record of all goods received at Sample room.
Managing and controlling staff of Sample department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive product accessories from supplier, keep record of all received goods.
Maintaining record of invert and issued goods.
Checking requirement of accessories of relevant orders.
Making record of import accessories.
Reconciliation of all received and issued goods.
Maintaining supplier wise and department wise log of all issued and received goods

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive finish pack goods from the depart , keep record all the finish goods
Container loading
Prepare bales as per giving program
Bales loading in container
