Daily Consumption entery on online software .

Written test for Staff knowledge ,skills , protocols and organization policy on every month
Enhance staff with core of heart for Patients betterment and achieve Targets 
Cash management And Weekly Bank deposits and manage Income and Expense register , 
Work up on KPIs , Infection Control , patient issues on internal basis and outer basis (Referral clinic appointment date and time with proper address to patient)
Workup on Excel ,Word and PowerPoint 
Monthly Reporting PowerPoint presentation discussed in every month clinical supervisor meeting 
Fast communication with all departments HR, Marketing, Supply Chain , Clinical Network ,Lead Docters , Construction and Maintenance Department ,Finance Department etc.

Monitoring and Evaluation
Ensure the implementation of activities defined by the Program Manager in coordination with the Logistics and Administration departments.

Evaluate and update project needs (HR, financing, logistics)

Liaise with concerned government authorities and ensure the programme strategy, objectives and activities are understood and agreed and appropriate communication channel is in place.

Ensure sound monitoring of program activities, linking with Surveillance team at field level.

Provide advanced word processing support by creating complex spreadsheets, maintaining databases and creating high quality reports, presentations, and other documents.

Compile and submit weekly, bi-weekly and monthly routine reports .

Organize regularly evaluation meetings of team members.

Organize monthly meetings with the team and report the outcome to the head of the programme.

Develop productive working relationships with Government, Non-Governmental institutions and other project partners.
Participate in the relevant cluster meetings and other related forum at district or provisional level
