Job Purpose


·         Sales Marketing for local Fabric Yarn


·         Maintaining executive’s agenda and assist in planning &            appointments on  daily basis


SPECIFIC DUTIES:


·         Prepare local yarn and Fabric sales contracts in ERP &              SAP SoftWare.


·         Responsible for collecting and maintain Sales Tax                      Invoice and maintain data in ERP & SAP (DATA ENTRY)


·         Looking Daily Dispatch of Yarn & Fabric, (Email to                    Costumer) and keep record in ERP & SAP (software).


·         Collect Stocks, Looms Status & Loom Planning from                  vendor, and Email to customer & maintain record In                   Excel sheet.


·         Follow up for production and Loom planning on daily                basis.


·         Dealing with all internal departments and external                    vendors on regular basis on phone calls.


·         Direct working with CEO & G.M marketing department              for performing of daily tasks.


·         Manage daily attendance in Excel Sheet.


·         Coordinating and arranging travel schedules,                            reservations & appointments.
