As a trainer and coach, I have empowered educators through targeted professional development and capacity-building initiatives. My leadership roles extend beyond education, having served two terms as the President of the Women's Chamber of Commerce, where I championed women's empowerment and livelihood. I excel in working with partner organizations and field project teams in delivering literacy, numeracy, and Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) programs, specially in private schools of deprived areas to establishing and optimizing Learning Spaces and academic Learning Program Centers.
