Part of the core project team mandated to execute, manage & accomplish the company\'s project portfolio.
Feasibility Studies/Technical Proposals: Worked as project coordinator to manage ISGS technical team that successfully carried out, finalized and evaluated the feasibility studies of multi-million dollar oil and gas projects.
Procurement (Bidding, Tender Documents Preparation, and Evaluation & Administration): Prepared Terms of Reference, tender documents in collaboration with technical experts. Evaluated technical and commercial tenders/proposals of contractors and vendors of high-value projects. Negotiate terms, conditions and pricing, and ensure they are accurately executed. Process invoices and claims during the execution of the contracts.
Engineering and Design: Designed package for the engineering infrastructure in close liaison with the technical team and consultant. Planned and devise strategy/schedule for implementation of projects.
EPC/PPP Agreements: Successfully negotiated and finalized the complex BOOT and EPC contracts. Suggested some key recommendations to the management which helped bring down the price of the contract in favour of the Company.
