• Manage the existing key accounts/Clients for the company\'s product/service range of North and Central Region • Maintaining and developing all the old and new clients’ files for future and present use. • To maintain the customer data base for marketing activities, costing and proposing revision in rates where applicable. • Support and managing the event on different occasions (iftar dinners, etc.) • To highlight as and when contracts are to be renewed of the assigned clients and to do revised costing when and where required. • Managing all aspects of sales, customer services, including lead generation, preparing quotation, price negotiation, settling contracts, contract implementation and deliverance on services required by the customers. • Managing the invoicing and payment recovery on timely basis. • Retaining and expanding the existing customer base. The expansion can be through new business of the existing type from the present clients (i.e. in terms of more volume), exploring new clients through lead generation or staff referrals. • Communicating with Prospective clients (ISB and North) in different cities and proposing TS & TS services. • Extracting and Providing contact details and schedule meetings for Management with prospective clients for further business relationship development. • Establish solid working relationships with key players in target markets, aimed at developing and growing long term business relationship and building company brand awareness. • Provide data detailing the business activities and performance against targets on quarterly basis. • Assist with after sales queries, investigate customer complaints and ensure that they are dealt with to the customers\' satisfaction. • Any work or Task assigned by the line manager or by the management.

• Training and development strategies and planning of new employees hired.
• Conduct Training and development sessions on employees on different HR related issues.
• Any kind of managerial or administrative work assigned by the management or line manager.
