Climate Leadership for Effective Adaptation and Resilience a project of DFID UK- Civil Society Challenge Fund - CSCF 55 This project aims to increase the capacity of poor and vulnerable communities in Pakistan to implement climate change adaptations to protect their livelihoods and contribute to bottom-up policy development.
Being a Field Coordinator I have worked for the district Thatta and organzied many activities, LEAD Pakistan took the opportunity to design indigenous LAPA development and implementation strategy with a clear logical methodology. The LAPA methodology comprehensively covers Community Based Adaptation in any part of Pakistan

We Care Foundation a social welfare based organization that is working in the Sindh for youth development program, in this program I had been working as a lead officer.

Flash floods and hill torrents triggered by heavy moon soon rains that felt across in the country in early September, 2011, that have caused widespread damages in province Sindh, Baluchistan and Southern Punjab. The flood has affected 5.4 million people in the country. In Sindh the five districts were considered the most affected while in other districts the rain have fuelled the problems of last year affected communities. Majority of families were compelled to live in makeshift tented, scattered relief camps without camp management, public places, government schools and open places. The lack or limited availability of basic facilities for survival made them more vulnerable to many hazards including abuse and violence. In such condition, the vulnerability of female and children are exposed to more abuse, exploitation, and violence.

Reflecting to this PCA signed between UNICEF and WISES for providing “Protective Learning and Community Emergency Services” in the district Badin, Thatta Shikarpur and Kashmor, for establishment of 20 PLaCES static and 20 mobile PLaCES collocated with WASH facilities in each district. This project supported WASH Project of UNICEF funded by DIFID in terms of awareness rising on health & hygiene. WISES will coordinate with the IPs of UNICEF WASH section for quality implementation of PLaCES and WASH project activities to ensure efficient utilization of funds
I perform my responsibilities as a project coordinator in the the project, and implement the activities of the project in the targeted area with targeted community members as per guideline and achieve the objective accordingly

Tzu Chi Foundation is an international Charity organization that is working all round the world espacially in disasters Tzu Chi work rapidly, no doubt Tzu Chi Foundation has great contribution for the betterment of the disaster affected communities.
On November 2 and 3, Tzu Chi volunteers distributed instant rice and blankets to 50,000 people displaced by floods and living in camps in the south Pakistan province of Sindh. They also gave out a letter of support from Dharma Master Cheng Yen

I worked with Tzu Chi foundation as a program Officer for the conducting survey for beneficiaries to distribute the rice and blankets in the district

In flood 2011, district Thatta was the most affected district in the country, community migrated and belongings washed away, in this situation where the relief providing agencies come farward and serve their response on rapid response basis. Health Net TPO a Interantional organziation that is working for the betterment of life, came here in the district Thatta and a MoU signed with Health Department and Local Organization NGO to facilitate the Lady health worker by renovation of their houses so that the health service may re-start at the community level
I worked as a program Officer to achieve the objective e of the project. Field survey assessment for identification of LHW\'s houses conducted along-with the meeting with line department organized for permission and officially approved as well. Objective completed in time as per MoU and SOPs in time, all the damaged LHWs houses renovated and services restrted

In the flood 2011, thatta district were most of affected district in the sindh, in this connection HealthNet TPO come forward to renovate the Lady Health Workers homes basic concept this activity was to ensure the quick health services at community level
WISES organization was the implementing partner of HealthNet TPO in this district and I play my role as a project Officer and I perform my duties to achieve the goal of the project
Meeting with Health department was the major part of this project to motivate them about the renovation of lady healthy workers homes
Assessment and survey also conducted and through contractor all selected lady health workers houses renovated accordingly

Safe drinking water and hygiene promotion project of USAID remained one of the life saving project for children age under 5, this project implemented with different social NGOs in all around the country , in the district Thatta I was the part of this project work as a project Manager after 2010 with WISES (Implementing Partner of USAID). I have achieve all the objective of the project, through organizing different awareness activities with the community members and district level programs as well.

WISES is a namely organization that is working on Social Welfare based activities around the Sindh. To save the children from Diarrhea a project funded by USAID implemented at district Thatta on community awareness and advocacy as well. Basic objective of this project was to increase the awareness among community members and parents especially on hand washing, and usage of safe drinking water with different methods I perform my duties as a Capacity Building Coordinator, as per my GDs I have conduct many sessions with line departments and community leaders for their capacity building regarding promotion of personal practices of hand washing and water purification
