Two work on rotation basis in fixed and mobile OTP sides 2. To measure MUAC and weight of all children refer to OTP site. 

3. To complete organize and maintain accurate records of beneficiaries attending the OTP sites. 

4. To council mothers on using RUTF. 

5. To be responsible for proper handling of weighing and measure equipments also ensure scales are properly calibrated at all times and report defects, damage all loss of equipments to the project office. 

6. To submit request for and received daily supplies. 

7. To develop good team work. 

8. To be flexible and adaptable with regards to the implementations of the daily work.
