 Daily Management of 30 strong loss prevention department associates. And over 70 operational department associates.
 Responsible for the management of Security and Loss Prevention operations.

 Ensure compliance with threat conditions – and training associates to understand and comply with these requirements daily. (The property is in Threat condition Orange and the property had 03 Loss Prevention audits and the result was 100% on all 03 occasions).
 Good investigation skills which have been developed over my time in the position through active involvement in the internal investigations.
 Responsible to Update Marriott Incident Reporting Analysis.
 Delivering the Training to the Loss Prevention Associate to help them developing their knowledge and skills.
 Daily Management of 23 strong loss prevention department associates.
 Ensured all lost and found items are recorded accurately in the lost and found register with House Keeping department and provide weekly check on this log book to ensure guests are being contacted re their items found.
 Fully familiar with Fire Emergency Plan.
 Assists in the managing the shipping and receiving procedures for the hotel.
 Understand hotel cash handling procedures and reports violations to the General Manager.
 Understands the principle duty of care and train associates accordingly.
 Responsible for the management of Security and Loss Prevention operations. Main areas of responsibility include protection of hotel assets, associates, guests and property, accident and fire prevention and response.
 Ensure that all areas of the hotel are safe and secure and that logs, certifications and documents required by law are regularly reviewed and maintained.
 Handled unrest situations in Bahrain professionally and was in touch with CID and Police to ensure safety of property, guests and associates.

Worked in Administration Department of Naval Stores Depot and handled the administration work of around 700 associates with the help of group officers.
