I have made a business plan to bring business in Pakistan and support the investors through the entire initial aspects of business financing, marketing for a Dondurma in Lahore, Pakistan. The business will be located in leased space at the Packages Mall. We will arrange for $50,000 in early equity, and $100,000 is saved in the form debt financing from our financial supporting section. The business will serve healthy and quality ice cream to ice cream lovers in Lahore. We believe this plan through financial and competitive analysis will be successful for Dondurma ice cream. By the end of first five years of operation the financial projection for our business is calculated to produce positive cash flow of $160,085. As per our plan we have foreseen the firm establishment of Dondurma ice cream in Lahore in near future. Although there will be tough competition from other ice cream parlor’s in Lahore, but due to unique traditional taste we believe to stand out in the crowd of competitors. Furthermore, we believe that we can capitalize on the booming economy in Lahore as consumers have an increased disposable income to spend on premium ice cream.
