 All Kind of Panel Boards works for (MDBs, SMDBs & LPP) Installation and Testing.
 Emergency Generator sets with fuel tanks.
 Light Current Systems (Fire Alarm, Public Address, SMATV, CCTV & Telephone Systems).
 Follow up Grounding & Lightning Protection Systems.
 Review and coordination for technical submittals and samples approvals.

 Responsible for the review of electrical design drawings prepared by external design team for value engineering in
compliance with the project specification.
 Direct and manage all Electrical related issues in accordance with contractual obligations.
 Plan, organize, and supervise the work of the E&M team members to ensure that all works are performed on time in
line with the parameters of the project schedule.
 Review of the Project Specification for Preparation of Material Submittals, Drawings and Engineering Data
of all Specialist Systems in order to procure the required system materials to cope up with the Project Schedule.
 Carrying out of all variation works and giving details to QS for billing.
 Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 1600KVA & 2000KVA Transformers (ABB) and 1500KVA Diesel Gensets
(Caterpillar).
 Installation, Testing and Commissioning of HT Panel, MVSG,MRMU, RMU, LV Panels, MCCs, Cables Laying &
Terminations, Power Bus Bar/Duct .
 Installation and testing of Lighting (Internal & External) & Power Conduiting (EMT, uPVC & RGS), wiring, cable trays,
ladders and trunking works.
 Installation, testing and commissioning of UPS units, Central Battery & Lighting controls systems.
 Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Earthing and lightning protection system.
 Installation, Testing and Commissioning of helipad related electrical works i.e earthing of helipad, 400Hz solid
State converter and relevant outlets.
 Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Low Current systems i.e. Public Address, Fire and CO detection & Alarm,
IP Telephone & Data ,IP TV ,IP CCTV, Audio visual conference, Access and intrusion Control, Structured cabling, BMS,
SCADA Systems.
 Coordinating with consultant, client and main contractor for all the works (Builders works,
Block Works, Slab Works, Floor Screeding, and Reflected ceiling Works) related to electrical

 Assisting to Prepare Electrical services tender and IFC layout plans: Schedules and One Line Diagrams of H.T and
 L.T switch gear and all other electrical systems of buildings using Auto Cad.
 Assisting to Design and Selection of Cables by calculating proper voltage drop and other factors applicable.
 Assisting to Design and Selection of Lighting fixtures and levels as per CIBSE recommended lighting levels by
using Philips Calculux.
 Assisting to Calculate the short circuit level of power control and distribution switch gear.
