·         Supervised the planning, preparation, and execution of project activities by closely working with the lead Researcher in coordination with the project team.
·         Recruited and managed the research team of 30 participants, actively monitored their progress, and engaged in problem-solving and support for team members to ensure effective contribution toward project objectives.
·         Managed financial tasks of the project aligning it with the approved budget and reporting to the donors on weekly basis to ensure transparency and accountability.
·         Undertook ‘Thematic Analysis’ (line to line coding) using MAXQDA software of almost eight interviews and four focus group discussions.

·         Monitored all the administrative, logistics, and financial tasks for all the workshops and the project ensuring that resources were effectively allocated and utilized hence in supporting the project\'s goals within the timeframe.
