Project: Early Grade Reading Assessment EGRA Baseline of SELECT Project

Main Responsibilities:

Ø To attend the Training of Trainers TOT and Briefing on Field Tools.

Ø To prepare the Field Plan for visiting the targeted schools within the time line.

Ø To conduct Coordination meetings with DEOs, TEOs and Focal Persons of SELECT Project.

Ø To get Permission Letters and NOCs from the concerned DEOs.

Ø To arrange the Logistics for Field, like Vehicle, Food, Stay and other essential accessories.

Ø To visit the schools, conduct the Interviews with HMs and Language Teacher of Grade II.

Ø To conduct Classroom Observation of a Language Period of Grade II

Ø To guide & Support the team while sampling and selection of targeted children of Grade III.

Ø To guide and Support the team for conducting reading Assessment 12 Children of Grade III.

Ø To observe the all activities of team for assuring the quality of Data Collection in the school.

Ø To recheck the data in (Hard and Soft) before submitting to the Head Office.

Ø To maintain the soft polite behavior for creating an encouraging atmosphere for the team.

Ø To follow all the directions received by the Supervisor and Head Office.

Type in data provided directly from customers or other parties.
Create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of figures.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
