IT AND NETWORK MANAGNMENT

Directly supervise Information Services staff, including Help Desk and IS analysts, supporting them in the effective execution of their job responsibilities.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities and duties in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures. Evaluates, diagnoses and resolves information services-related operational problems.
Analysis and response to previously unknown hardware and software vulnerabilities. Investigating, documenting, and reporting on any information security issues as well as emerging trends

Monitor the company’s networks to keep an eye out for any security breaches and investigate it if one does occur. Protect systems and information infrastructure, including firewalls and data encryption programs.
Document security breaches and assess the damage they cause. Research security enhancements and make recommendations to management.
Researches security trends, new methods, and techniques used in order to preemptively eliminate the possibility of system breach.
Assist with the creation, maintenance and delivery of cyber security awareness training for colleagues

Conceptualize product features and strategies that will push our client’s products forward.
Experience in working in an agile environment. Synthase and communication research finding to business through rich prototypes.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
