Role and responsibilities
 Responsible for managing the overall operation of Laptop department i.e. team of 150 employees.
 Responsible for Planning, Assembling, Production, Quality, Warehouse, import of shipment and Audit.
 Complete handling and operation of SMD Machines for Production of Main board and IO Board.
 Responsible for making, maintaining and implementation of overall SOPs.
 Complete analysis of quality of material and direct communication with vender for productivity enhancement keeping in view customer satisfaction in case of problem.
 Propose performance improvement plan and implement it by giving best possible solution in case of faults.
 Ensures timely project completion i.e. achieving targets within specified time and budget.
 Training the workforce for better Production and Quality.
 Work as a leader and team player in dynamic, energetic and proactive environment with other teams.
 Daily communication and reporting to Chinese and Pakistan Project Manager.
 Take prompt action to solve process problems to ensure safety, product quality, machine and manpower efficiency etc.
 Coordinate among different working processes of the whole production line or among functions in factory.
 Responsible for overall operational efficiency of production line with all Process KPIs and performance or process equipment\'s.
 Develop and maintain trust based relationship with customers.
 Proactive approach for emphasizing defect prevention by analyzing the data
 Interactions with various equipment service venders and stake holders.

Work in AES LalPir & PakGen Thermal Power Plant of 730 MW based on Oil Fired most efficient IPP.
 Boiler steam generation capacity of 2 x 1200 TPH and fuel 2 x 80 TPH made by (MHI). Steam Turbine 2 x 365 MW. Generator 2 x 429MVA made by Parson Electric. 1 MW solar park.
 Responsible for assisting start up, shut down, trouble shooting performance, meeting KPI standards, efficiency and protective testing as per safety requirement.
 Plan and perform assigned tasks within the framework of areas’ schedules, budget, quality and cost constraints.
 Collaborate and contribute with manager in setting realistic and challenging operation goals·
 Propose new analyses, techniques and methodologies with respect to specific area of responsibility where applicable.
 Principle contact and liaison between the maintenance department and operation planning.
 Ensure area assigned and conditions based (from DCS, PLC and Local area) professional operations service in a timely manner to ensure high equipment healthiness, availability and performance.
 Maintain all planned work requests in area with appropriate resources to set a preliminary priority.
 Perform raw water pre treatment activities for water in Cooling Tower. Post treatment water activities for Demineralised water i.e. use in Boiler for steam production. Laboratory testing and environmental parameters.
 Also complete training on boiler which includes Fuel supply, firing, burning, air and gas system. Steam water cycle and operation of soot blowers.
 Get a brief experience of Turbine area which includes HP, IP, LP turbine, its respective extractions, Boiler feed water pumps (6.3 MW discharge pressure of 230 Bar), LP,HP Feed water Heaters.
 Maintain safe operation of 365 MW Generator and associated axillaries i.e. Generator Excitation system, Hydrogen cooling system, Stator water cooling system, Hydrogen Seal oil.
 Complete understanding of 220 KV Switchyard, Unit Electrical Load, and Generator step up Tra
