Prepare monthly Payroll for all divisions & subsidiaries.
Uploading Data for payroll on HRMS software.
Run the payroll register provisionally to ensure the correctness and accuracy of salary including PF contribution, tax deduction, attendance, etc.
Finalize the payroll amount for transfer of funds in related banks for disbursement.
Coordinate with Treasury Department to arrange the Payroll disbursement funds.
Prepare PSID for Monthly Income Tax payment for all divisions & subsidiaries.
Prepare monthly, quarterly & annually Income Tax statement for all divisions.
To record timely payment for Funds related i.e. Provident Fund, Pension Fund, & Gratuity Funds.
Record Payroll Payables voucher on ERP software for all divisions.
Maintaining payroll related payables vouchers.
Keep maintain payroll related files.
Disbursement of loans, Final Settlements
Prepare & disbursement of Monthly Pension Payment to Pensioners.
Maintaining investment position of all funds.
Coordination with Lakson Investments for funds related transactions i.e. Purchase of T-Bills, PIB’s ETC.
Disbursement of cheques & Transfer Order for daily transactions in funds.
