Assistant Manager Production
Planning the maintenance and over-hauling of the plant after the crushing season.
Supervise the maintenance and modifications of the designated section.
To design the desired modification on MS Visio on the light of problems faced during crushing season.
During crushing season communicate with the 64 MW CO-Generation Power Plant(Chiniot Power Limited) for steam and power intake and condensate return to the power plant.
During crushing season work in shifts to achieve targeted sugar production by maintaining the Process Parameters and controlling the losses.
Working on DCS to control the parameters for quality sugar production.
Appointed at Liquor Refinery Section during season to control the sugar parameters (Color and Turbidity) and achieved the desired result by coordinating with quality department.
Got the opportunity to assist in “Surveillance Audit” of the food safety, quality and halal certifications.
Management Trainee Officer Process
Learning of overhauling of process equipment, cleaning and mechanical brushing of tubes of evaporators and heaters and maintenance of pumps and valves during off-season.
“Process Flow Diagram” of whole process and layout for modification and replacement works on Microsoft Visio.
Carry out line tracing of different sections of process house.
Developed complete material balance and energy balance for the whole sugar manufacturing process.
Assistance of shift engineers for efficient and effective operation of plant during sugar cane season for production of quality white sugar by monitoring process parameters on “DCS” system ,controlling and communication with lower staff for smooth process running and meeting target quality production.
Coordination with Quality Lab, utilities section and 64 MV Power plant for steam intake.
