With more than 16 years of experience in both humanitarian and development work, I have steadily developed knowledge, skills and attitude that would allow me to effectively lead and manage a team to achieve organizational goals and mission.
My Master degree in Rural Development and Gender Studies coupled with practical humanitarian and development work experience in multi sectorial including WASH, Nutrition, Food Securit,y Livelihood, Education and Gender - will enable me to effectively bring about positive changes in the workplace and in the lives of the project beneficiaries.
I can work flexibly in a complex team of people from different backgrounds and disciplines. Additionally, I am able to work independently taking the initiative, have excellent problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to work in areas of uncertainty, remain calm without losing sight of strategic objectives.
Currently working with UNICEF as WASH officer in Karachi and have experience of working with Oxfam GB, Lead Pakistan, Many National organizations in Sindh . I can speak English, Sindhi, Balochi, Urdu and other local languages with fluently.
