My responsibilities were to hiring a team for field activities and give them training. I conducted and monitored field activities and finally submitted my initial draft in SPSS format to IRD

My responsibilities were to observe all activities of Elections in my assigned constituency, for that I conducted different Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) in constituency and on Election day, I hired almost 40 Election Day Observers (EDOs) to Observe all process in each and every polling Station, they report me and I compiled all reports and send it to FAFEN.

My core responsibility were to Monitor all field activities, mobilization of vehicles, activities of Supervisor and his team. I was eye of Department on feild.

I was assigned as field Supervisor in Gilgit Baltistan Child labor Surveys (Pilot Phase) where I was responsible for manage logestic for team and handle all issues faced by team on field. 

I was inducted as field Enumerator in Gold Standard Survey MICS which led to cornerstone of my surveys experience, As I was fresh graduate at that time so I learned alot in that Project. 

I was assigned visiting lecturer for Statistics at Karakoram International University Gilgit Baltistan, where I taught Business Statistics and Biostatistics to Students of Graduation. 

Secretary Planning assigned me a task to publish the booklet through Planning and Development Department which shows departmental progress as P&DD is Mother Department of remaining Departments Development.
