Supervision of Data Entry Operatar at E Khidmat Markaz Rawalpindi. Answer Citizen Queries and provide accurate services as per defined SOPs. Inventory Management, Adminstration and HR related Task, Assist Management in day to day work, Report writing, Guide and support CSR to overcome problems during data entry work
Maintain and coordinate store and sale staff, inventory Management, sales analysis and report writing and Document Management.
Maintain Admission, discharge Record, Issuance of fee Voucher, coordinate with student and Teacher, Designing of class room and exam metrials, Arrangment of Monthly parent Teacher meeting and analyzing of teacher and student performance.
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions or alternatives.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.

Examine letters from policyholders or agents, original insurance applications, and other company documents to determine if changes are needed and effects of changes.
Maintain insurance records, reports, files and inventory of office forms.
Correspond with insured or agent to obtain information or inform them account status or changes.
Assist Area Manager in different tasks and office related matters.
Arrange a monthly meeting of the Area Sales Team. Purchase and maintain office stationery.
Collect Incentive of area sales team from zonal office on behalf of Area Manager and distribute to sales team.
