· Managing Punjab Government project of Lahore Feeder Routes Auto Fare Collection and Bus Scheduling System (AFC-BSS).
· Responsibilities includes coordination with vendors, and customer (Punjab Mass transit Authority) on all type of technical queries and system Management.
· Grab Knowledge about Online-Fare System and Devices of “KENTKART”.
· Working on reports related to LFR-Project like Online- offline Monitoring, Mileage report on Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD and Google Earth.
· Identify and learn appropriate Software, Hardware Used and Supported by the Organization.
· Record, Track and Document the help desk request problem solving Process.
· Test fixes to ensure Problem has been adequately resolved and performed duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position.
Resident Engineer
