A 31 year old professional with more than five years' experience in social sector development of Pakistan using education health the two power indicators of social development as the main tools of reform and sustainable development. I have been successful in streamlining the gender, training education regarding Health management initiatives for Merlin. I have also contributed as Team Leader in Flood relief activities in Kalam with Merlin, and possess diverse skills in managing health status of people in natural disaster under peace and emergency situations including humanitarian assistance, relief and rehabilitation work. My supervisors have usually rated me as an excellent planning and execution resource. With this I have advanced skills in presentation and social networking and hold strong PR in the governmental, NGO and private sectors.

Professional Experience
Health Promotion Supervisor
The organization Merlin International.

Time span March 2013, Till Date.
As a Health Promotion Supervisor (HPS) being a member of BCC team, I designed and disseminated appropriate, effective and targeted messages to promote awareness and prevention strategies in the target region. As a HPS of the MERLIN Swat team, I developed high-quality evidence-based mass media and interpersonal communications to ensure quantifiable behavior changes among the program's target populations.

Review all existing BCC campaigns (audio, visual) in the target region, with particular attention to those materials targeting sexual and gender-based violence.
Reviewed all available resources in the region and developed a comprehensive list of media vendors for BCC content dissemination including, but not limited to audio (radio), visual (tv), newspaper, internet.
Developed community-based, participatory materials for distribution and use at small group discussions and workshops.
Working with local stakeholders (CBOs, partner organizations, local, regional and national officials) to coordinate cohesive and integrated BCC strategies, reinforcing these partners' capacity to plan, develop and implement high-quality BCC campaigns.
Developing an appropriate and effective BCC campaign and designing an evaluative framework to inform the progress of campaign implementation and success.
Contributing substantively to program interim and final reports as required by Swat Team and maintains regular communication with MERLIN head office staff.
Conduct trainings of the communities in health, nutrition and hygiene promotion and the implementation of different techniques activities in selected communities as per PHC and CMAM implementation calendar.
Participate in community based health and nutrition surveys
Establish community-based structures such as community health committees or Breastfeeding Support Groups and link them up with the health facilities including regular meetings among the CHCs and health/nutrition staff
Prepare quick response team for any outbreak or epidemics.
Collection Analysis of the data for the identification of the most vulnerable groups.
Mobilizing communities for health and hygiene promotion and the implementation of PHAST activities in selected IDP camps and catchments population.
