• Act as the technical advisor on the construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives.
• Checking the plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Liaising with the consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce
involved in the project.
• Supervision of Block work as per approved architectural detail.
• Supervision of Structural Reinforcement as per approved Structural engineering shop drawing.
• Supervising the formwork and concreting of the structural elements.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications and method of
statement.

• Supervision of Concrete work and Form work of Column, Beam and Slab of the Building as per approved Shop drawing
and design.
• Supervision of Brick work as per approved architectural detail.
• Supervision of Structural Reinforcement as per approved Structural engineering shop drawing.
• Supervision of manpower allocation as to meet the baseline program.
• Worked closely with the foremen and site teams to resolve the daily basis issues.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications and method of statement.
• Supervision of Sub-Contractors.

• Supervision of Concrete work and Form-work of pile cap as per approved Shop drawing and design.
• Supervision of Structural Reinforcement as per approved Shop drawing and Structural Engineer detail.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications and method of statement.

• Making 2D Plans of the Buildings.
• Review and Interpret Client Specifications.
