概要

Responsible to establish a procedure, provide instructions and assign
responsibilities for preventive and breakdown maintenance of Every
Electrical Utility/Equipments on production floor and testing instruments to
ensure the continuing of production and testing capabilities.
 Exhibits a strong and firm approach to sustaining and encouraging safe work
environments, and a demonstrated ability to streamline operations.
 To scrutinize performance evolution of process equipments e.g. DC Drives,
Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's), DC & AC motors, Inverters,
Rectifiers, Compressors, Cooling Towers, Pumps, Furnaces, Blowers and
ensures Generator's daily, monthly and annual maintenance schedule is kept
up to date.
 To be fully aware of Key Performance Indicator and System Procedure for
Electrical Department and collecting performance data pertinent to Electrical
Maintenance Department on monthly basis.
 To ensure that maintenance schedule of all Electrical accessories is in place
and work is done as per schedule and to ensure minimum breakdown time in
case of failure of any equipment.
 To ensure the root cause is identified and involve in providing solutions that
are implemented to avoid reoccurring of the problems.
 To establish and maintain drawings and ensure that every Electrical
accessory is properly tagged as per scheme.
