I worked in National Counter Terrorism Authority as a Research Assistant. During my tenure, I performed varieties of task which were assigned to me by the concerned competent authority. Basically i worked with different departments in National Counter Terrorism Authority consisting of Research and Analysis Wing, Counter Financing of Terrorism, Counter Extremism to name a few. My main job description was to make research analysis on different topics related to terrorism in Pakistan. Besides this I worked as Assistant to different Director General in the Department. I also worked in Human Resource Department in the NACTA. I worked in National Counter Terrorism Authority as an Intern. During my internship, I performed varieties of task which were assigned to me by the concerned authority. I worked in Provincial Assembly of Punjab as a Research Assistant (Intern). The main job responsibilities during my internship in the legislative assembly of Punjab were to assist the incumbent minister of Human Rights and Minority Affairs. I worked in legislative assembly to reviewing the bills which were presented by Minister in the Assembly. I worked as Note Taker during the Assembly Session. I also worked with minister on the different tasks related to human rights. I was the member of organizing committee. I worked with the different standing committees in the Assembly. This department protects and safeguards the fundamental human rights without any distinction of creed, race or religion. The department formulates policies to foster equality, unity, peace and harmony among all citizens with compassion and care for the oppressed segments of the society. The department also refers and recommends investigations and inquiries in case of any violation of human rights. The major functions of this department are: To coordinate with public and private sector and institutions to promote human rights To gather information, facts and reports on complaints and allegations of human rights’ violations. To visit police stations, prisons and jails, women and juvenile refuge centers, hospitals, factories and other Institutions and places to report to the competent authorities for necessary action against violation of human rights Harmonization of laws, legislation

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES DURING TEACHING:
Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to all students in the class. Teaching according to the educational needs, abilities and achievement of the individual students and groups of students. Adopting and working towards the implementation of the school development plan of the particular school they are giving service in. Assigning work, correcting and marking work carried out by his/her students. Assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress, attainment and behaviour of one’s students. Providing or contributing to oral and written assessments, reports and references relating to individual students or groups of students. Communicating, consulting and cooperating with other members of the school staff, including those having posts of special responsibility and parents/guardians to ensure the best interest of students.
