6 Daily Entries Febric Booking And Inspection in ERP System
7 Daily Entries Febric Cutting And packing in ERP System
8 Daily Entries Rechecking in ERP System.
9 Daily Entries Fabric Damage in Excel Reports And ERP System
10 Daily Entries Fabric Roll Weight And Checking Telly Roll Meter.
PRODUCTION PLANNING (XLS)
Daily up-date the following Entries.
1. Daily updates Production Planning.
2. Daily updates Warping and Sizing Planning.
3. Daily updates Knotting Report.
4. Daily updates Article Change Report.
On the basis of above entries following reports are generate and delivered to
1. Loom-Running-Style-Report. (Marketing, Planning, Weaving Manager,
2. Loom-Coming-Out-Report. Folding I/C, Preparatory I/C)
3. Sized-Beam-Stock-Repot.
4. Daily Issue the Beam Ticket to Preparatory I/C.
5. Daily Issue the Roll Ticket to Knotting I/C.
6. Daily Issue the Article Roll Ticket to Weaving Manager.
