概要

a) Main Responsibilities:
1) Manage and direct building supervisors, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems related to Civil engineering including Electrical, plumbing, HVAC and allied fields.
2) • Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
3) • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, suppliers and contractors.
4) • Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
5) • Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
6) • Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the department.
7) • Plan, organize, or direct activities concerned with the construction or maintenance of structures, facilities, or systems.
8) • Take actions to deal with the results of delays, or emergencies at construction site.
9) • Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, or other regulations.
10) • Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
11) • Select, contract, and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project, such as painting, plumbing, A/C, elevator.
12) • Supervise projects and task through CBM portal and ensure correct data entry from all users.
13) • To liaison with finance, MMD and other group service department to get timely services.
14) • Involve in hiring, training and other HR related activities.
15) • Any other assignment(s) given by management time to time.
