Key Accomplishments:
„  Assure technical support to QC staff of Oil and Ghee industries and represent FFP at various relevant forums at the district levels as a request by the team; assist provincial and national teams in the application of research studies. Project development and planning: Support the Technical Director and NPM Edible Oil/Ghee Fortification in creating project’s provincial implementation plans and ongoing annual plans in edible oil fortification as needed.
„  Project Implementation and Management: Supervise field officers to ensure that the activities at the provincial and district levels are aligned with the project objectives.
„  Plan and conduct awareness raising activities to generate demand for fortified flour, coordination with provincial food departments and other stakeholders.
„  Responsible for the implementation, monitoring and reporting of all project activities in the province; specifically, Coordination: Develop and maintain liaison with government partners and key stakeholders at the provincial level and, coordinate and facilitate provincial and district level technical assistance.
„  Advocacy: Support the Technical Director and NPM in planning and undertaking advocacy with key stakeholders for amendment in provincial level regulations, pure food rules, fortification protocols etc. aimed at effective and efficient enforcement of mandatory fortification of wheat flour and edible oil fortification in the province. • Technical Assistance to the government and industry:
„  Provide technical assistance to the provincial and district Departments of Health, and other government departments, and edible oil/ ghee industry

Key Accomplishments:
Assure technical support to QC staff of Oil and Ghee industries and represent FFP at various relevant forums at the district levels as a request by the team; assist provincial and national teams in the application of research studies.
Plan and undertake awareness-raising activities at the district level to generate demand for the fortified oil and ghee industries; record and circulate approved minutes of DFFC meetings to all stakeholders and departments.
Improve the nutritional status of children, adolescent girls, and women, collate information and data received from the industries; compile, analyze, and generate monthly reports for submission to the provincial office.
Identify issues and bottlenecks related to food fortification activities in the field, report to the provincial manager, and take mitigation measures. Perform any other duties as may be assigned by FFP̢۪s provincial or country team.

Role Details:
Review Project Documents, relevant reports, and literature;
Provide training to project staff for different relevant surveys;
Coordinate the field team activities for developing a database and information system for project management; coordination monitoring of on-going project activities.
Provide guidance to field teams in data collection and preparation of reports;
Monitor field activities randomly;
Analyze the data pertaining to the agriculture aspects as outlined under the scope of Services;

Coordinate and Supervise overall activities of WFP projects i.e. Community Based Management of Acute Malnutrition (CMAM), Stunting, USI, Food for Work (FFW), Cash for Work (CFW), Cash for Training (CFT) under food insecurity and livelihood program, Specific objective to achieve zero Hunger challenge SDG-2
Integrated Food Security and Livelihood program: Food for work (FFW), Cash for work/training (CFW/T)
•Situation analysis of the area to evaluate the impact of drought on Human and its socio economic i.e. livestock & land.
•Prioritization of the area for WFP interventions keeping in view of WFP Standard selection criteria.
•To supervise and guide the staff of cooperative partners (CP) in overall process, i.e. planning, implementing, conduct assessment, identify schemes, food or cash distribution, field surveys for identification of vulnerable areas.
•Integration of program activities to improve the food consumption score of food insecure household.
•Support partners in conducting baseline surveys, Impact assessment, and Qualitative and Quantitative research through different tools.
Community Based Management of Acute malnutrition: CMAM, Stunting and USI
•Monitor and review the overall commodity movements such as food deliveries, storage, transport and distribution at the site and verify.
•Training and guidance to CP staff throughout project on programs, policies & beneficiary data management.
•Supervise the efficient distribution of food items at the site and ensure proper distribution of entitlements.
• To effectively deal all kinds of complaints amicably and upload response on WFP BFB website.
Community Based Disaster Risk Reduction “CBDRM” and School Safety:
•Improve effectiveness and sustainability of structural activities of disaster risk reduction. Improve accountability for resources used. Worked across all districts of Sindh and Few of Baluchistan.

Oversaw activities of WFP projects i.e. Schools Feeding Program /Food for Education (SFP/FFE). Community-Based Management of Acute Malnutrition (CMAM), Stunting, USI, Food for Work (FFW), Cash for Work (CFW)
Key Accomplishments:
Evaluated effect of drought on human and socio-economic aspects including livestock and land. Performed arrangement of the area for WFP interventions keeping in view of WFP Standard selection criteria. 
Examined integration of program activities to improve the food consumption score of food-insecure households. Checked apparent issues and reported to appropriate personnel; trained staff for proper warehouse management.
Assisted partners in conducting impact assessment, baseline surveys, and quantitative research through different tools. Improved accountability for resources, and sustainability of structural activities of disaster risk reduction.
Managed regularly work on WFP online Operation Works - WOW, (WFP M&E database system), for plan uploading, remote monitoring system RMS uploading, checklists uploading, and rapid issue resolving mechanism.

Streamlined FAFEN program objectives by addressing the priorities of the community; evaluated collection, recording, analyzing and reporting data related to the project activities
Key Accomplishments:
Monitored community engagement in decisions making process at the local level and enabled community to identify issues for better legislation. Oversaw Feedback information from site visits and ensured documentation.
Checked performance of government institution schools, hospitals, police stations, judiciary, by assessing the quality of work, and service provided to beneficiaries; managed IEC / BCC materials at appropriate places.
Conducted Advocacy seminars with MPAs and MNAs and introduced Projects at community level by initiating dialogue with notables to gain access to community; enhanced community mobilization and awareness activities.
Analyzed markets to assess inflation of daily basis commodities and the poverty level of poor community. Collaborated with local leaders, lady health workers, area notables, teachers, and key individuals for gaining support.

Redeveloped agriculture farms according to new modern technologies and supervised Eight Basic Seed farms located at   different Location of Sindh
Key Accomplishments:
Ensured better outcomes by developing annual and monthly programs for financial work plans. Worked closely with the managing director, directors farms, and administration to strengthen the organization.
Ordered community and mobilization activities for participation of community members for development of land.
Liaised with other departments like revenue and assured proper irrigation provided for the cultivable land.
Examined outputs in relation to inputs and costs. Provided technical support to field staff and farmers mainly focused on better land management; resolved issues and provided suggestions for corrective action.
