· Provide leadership to establish the process of Social Registry in the whole Province.

• Facilitate a process with provincial governments and other stakeholders to map and review existing education policy frameworks, especially around systems, reading instruction, and assessment;
• Support provinces in developing provincial policy “maps” that assess alignment with other national and provincial policies, identify policy gaps, conflicts, and inconsistencies, with final decision on priorities made by the provincial government;
• Work with provincial Secretaries of Education to provide support to sustain existing policy initiatives undertaken by TEP and facilitate development and implementation of new policies, particularly in the areas of teacher standards, compensation, and accountability;
