Ensure the implementation of CMAM activities as defined by the Program Manager in coordination with logistics and Administration departments.
Ensure Sound Monitoring of the program activities of Field Monitoring Supervisors, Nutrition Assistants, OTP Assistant, and Community Mobilizers & LHWs at field level being partner.
Ensure that logistic & administrative arrangements are made timely with the concerned departments in collaboration with PNC, & DOH & Administration, responsible for Nutrition Program.
Support and supervise the development implementation of sustainable health and nutrition promotion program in the targeted communities and health facilities.
Ensure timely submission of all report from Field & Nutrition Departments respectively to Agency & PNC and District health department.
Organize monthly meeting with team and attended PNC monthly Group Meetings & Govt Department and report the outcome to the head of the program along with proposed action plan.
Plan & Arrange trainings to the field staff associated CRPs and LHWs in health and nutrition promotion and communication skills with focus on CMAM-IYCF.
