The project is basically related to secure bus services within Islamia University of Bahawalpur. This service will improve transport management system and provide benefit to all students of university whether they are using android sets or not.System mainly consists of three modules, Bus station module, Bus module, Base station. The modules communicate to each other through GSM modems. Initially specific bus number is sent from the bus station to base station when bus leaves the bus station. Bus location is then transmitted to base station from the bus module with the help of controller (Arduino), consisting of GPS and GSM modem and number of students entering and leaving bus using RFID. Any emergency alerts can be sent to base station through push buttons. The base station mainly consists of GSM modem and controller connected to system, so that to track record of every bus leaving station, process user request about specific bus data, and updates bus location, number of students entering and leaving bus and alarm alerts. This advanced system will help to make our transport system more secure, less time consuming and useful for ordinary students as well.
