Conduct various legal compliance audit (inditex, BCI, gots, GRS,) etc.
Conduct inspection on regular basis in processing and production/Maintenance department.
mainly responsible for to prepare factories 100% compliant in terms of social Compliance I.e Monitoring of fire 
extinguisher installation, arrangement of floor marking to avoid any production delay, preparation of department wise 
evacuation maps for large size penaflex printing, serial number on all machines to prepare, arrangement of basic safety 
training. (first aid, fire fighting). update company notes board. check the payroll to make to verify the labour low 
Compliance, formation of health & safety committee, worker welfare committee, preparation of committee meeting 
minutes and other required arrangements for social Compliance audit checking of personal files to ensure all the 
necessary documents available.

Preparation of Customer & Certification Audits including WALMART, TARGET, JC PENNEY, PRIMARK, STC, TESCO, 
BEIRHOLM, HRG, LIDLE, KAUFLAND etc.
Daily Inspection/visit & Scheduled Check-listing of all Production Floors. 
Daily Internal Audit of Metal Free Zone.
Including all protocol of MFZ.
Preparation of Non Confirmatory Report with CAP (Corrective Action Plan). 
Designing of Floor Layout and Supervision of Aisles Marking.
Training Coordinating, Preparations and completion.
Specialist of C-TPAT (Custom Trade Partnership against Terrorism) Training & Audits. 
Train & Implement Chemical Handling and their MSDS
Maintain Medical Center for handling Minor Injuries and Medication for viral infections etc. 
Implement the relevant PPEs at their respective Departments
Arrange Trainings for Health & Safety, QMS, Security and social Compliance.
