Responsibilities;
• Study the Erection Drawings before executing the work.
• Follow the project activity work plan in execution of work.
• Check material received and get approvals from concerned department.
• Monitor the piping work, installation of valves and pumps.
• Fabrication and Erection of outdoor piping supports.
• Prepare BOQ of Steam and Water Piping Network.
• Supervisingtheinstallationof equipment asperplan,accordingtoapproveddrawingsand
follow standards.
• Attends the progress meetings with consultant and client

Study Process flow of cement plant.
▪ Understand the basic knowledge of crushers, cement stacking, reclaiming, cement
transportation system, raw meal grinding system, pyro processing, cement grinding and packing
system.
▪ Study Mechanical Erection Drawings.
▪ Coordination with civil and Mechanical contractors for execution of project activities.
▪ Installation of new tube wells and piping network.
▪ Erection and commissioning of screwair compressors and dryers
▪ Installation of Fire Fighting pumps and PressureStabilizing Unit.
▪ Monitor the installation of water and compressed air piping.
▪ Erection and commissioning of Centrifugal pumps
▪ Erection and commissioning of cooling towers, water softening system and frequency converter water
supply system
▪ Prepare daily progress reports
