Responsbilities

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Prepare reports on account status
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis


Monitor and analyze customer\'s usage of our product


Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships

Collaborates with Client Management and provides content suggestions potential client questions and data trends
Provides overall Client Program support to the Client Solutions Manager
Work with clients HR and Accounting departments to assist with new hire process related to travel
Assist with vendor programs partnering with Advisory or the Client Solutions Manager
Provide monthly or quarterly communications to Clients general population regarding the travel program
Key point of contact for the clients travel program assisting with tactical day to day navigation of support requests and travel information
Assists with new client implementations specifically related to a clients program
