I have more than 08 years of professional experience in the social sector. Currently, I serve as Assistant Director-Social Safeguard at Punjab Intermediate Cities Improvement Investment Program (PICIIP) LG&CDD, where I have gained in-depth experience in areas such as Implementation and management of Land Acquisition and Resettlement Plan activities, in Gender issues (Gender Mainstreaming, Gender equity, Gender-based violence, women empowerment), complaints resolution/Grievance Redressal Management. My overall work experience is related to Monitoring & Evaluation, Social Mobilization, Social Impact Assessment, Community Engagement, Planning, Implementation, preparation of Resettlement Plans for infrastructure project as per according to the Social Safeguard policies of donors. Phil in Sociology and I attended different training to enhance my skills in managing long-term and complex projects.
