More than 11 years of professional experience in civil engineering, including industrial experience in Oil & Gas upstream process units, Structural works of Heavy Equipment’s Foundations, pipe racks, pre-cast pipe supports /foundations, Utilities and Buildings. Currently working for Sukkur IBA University on different projects like Supervision and Monitoring of multi-story buildings and verify the Works in accordance to Condition of Contract, implementation of Construction Drawings, Specifications and Special Provisions and having close monitoring of project progress, procurement of construction materials, resource deployment and other issues related to project and Contractor’s performance. Cost estimates preparation and execution for repair and renovation work of old buildings and infrastructure. Execution of construction projects as well as preparation of contractor’s running bills (IPCs), rate analysis and tender documents. Excellent team building skills and abilities to perform as a team player. Quality Control & Implementation of quality standards as per strict compliance of specifications. Having knowledge of HSE procedures and implementation. Expertise in all tests related to Soil, Concrete and Steel Re-bars in accordance to different standards (ASTM, AASHTO, BS and ACI). Site assessment reports, pre-bid visits/meetings and pre-construction reports and commencement to completion of construction projects. He has excellent writing communication skills in English language and is a proficient user of computer software including Auto CAD, MS Office.
