Identification of potential suitable clusters of brick kilns for establishing of Non Formal basic Education (NFBE)& Adult Literacy Centers (ALCs). ● Monitoring of NFBE Schools & ALCs to ensure their sustainability and minimum requisite learner’s attendance. ● Ensure enrolment of the children adolescent and adult learners in NFBE schools & ALCs. ● Performed other tasks on the direction of the DEO (literacy) Pakpattan & Project Literacy Coordinator. ● Submission of monitoring reports to the Deo (literacy) and Plc(Project literacy Coordinator). ● Social Mobilization of target community. ● Organization of workshop for training of literacy teachers. 1. Visited Non Formal Basic Education center’s  2. Motivate the Teacher’s for Basic Education for the Children’s who there reading. 3. I mobilize the children and community peoples for the Literacy demands and basic education  4. When I visited schools I observed discipline and pure clean water is here. 5. During the visited I motivate the teacher that they check the water by health Department who drink water in there Society. 6. In literacy department I focus the pure drinking water and Literacy rate that is necessary for our society.

Aware the Community about project objectives. ● Support project Manager in the formation of Coalitions/ partnership with likeminded  stakeholders and influencing the Govt. ● To assist planning, management, execution and monitoring of all project activities. ● To work in close coordination with mobilization section. ● Writing of success stories and weekly grants updates. ● To assign duties to flied staff and AFO, and their capacity building in report writing, grants updates and community mobilization.
