With the passage of time I have alot of achievments about multiple fields to supervise the Operations task in creating the works schedule and assigning the daily tasks which is given by management in their activities don in the office such as Production, sale and resale accounts ,import ,purchase inspections different lab for the tasting of different lube, payment possess ,transporters ,and follow up the organizations plan, policies procedure and allocation of sources.

• TO communicate with parties to get the qutations and evaluate their needs and specifications and full fille on urgent basis .
• To create the reports analyze and interpret data in ERP (Garments) WMS( for complete waste)
Power Section :
. Supervise the Coal suply laoding offloading Evaluating there needs and solv the probs as earlly as possible.
. Supervise the Sampling Team and Coal Lab
. To oversee the payments of coal parties , supliers and transporters.
. To over seeing the deductions if found any as the veriations of agreed specs.
. Overseeing the contracts in transport and logistics sector supply chain in coal.
Logistics : (supply Chain)
. Supervise the domestics,FCL,LCL transports contracter follow up the chain and full fill there needs and payment process.
. To ensure the parties Ladgers of the parties regarding waste and garments B grade yarn and fabrics
. To Comunicate the parties to get the qutations for B grade Garments ,yarn,waste,and services contracts as per company requirement .
Administrations :
1. Supports operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing, and implemintaion .
2. Courier Companies Contracts as well as LCS ,TCS ,SCS ,
3. To over see the services contracts as well as water treatment plant house keeping coal feeding, and houskeeping of power section or any company requirements.
Evaluate the assets , plant , Machinery ,different kind stock as well as pesticide,Fertilizer,Sugar, Wheat, self employed and salaries persons evaluator ,Rice,Oils,agricultural land, Residential, commercial and industrial property and instruments . All kind of Business for commercial and micro financing leasing associations of Pakistan, Punjab small industries .
1. Supports operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing, and implementin administrative systems.
2. Oversee and manage administrative, physical security and procurement functions and establish relevant internal systems and controls.
3. Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with various department heads required to provide optimal support to ongoing operations and project related work.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Act as focal point for suppliers or service providers for procurement, facilities,physica security, janitorial, non IT equipment repair and maintenance.
2. Manage administrative function, ensure 24/7/365 smooth operations andestablish internal systems and controls.
3. Ensure proper use and maintenance of physical assets and office, includin vehicles, equipment, furniture, and office building. Arrange for repairs (Facilities / Non IT Equipment)as needed.
4. Keep stock of office supplies, general consumables and place orders when necessary.
5. Ensure security of office, staff, and physical assets belonging to the organization.
6. Facilitate electrical needs of office, in coordination with the IT department.
7. Handle resident complaints, maintenance requests and other concerns according to property- specific and company procedures.
8. To handle all issues related to the electrical power supply–both through mains and the generator-and connections.
9. Develop skill set in-house to reduce dependency of outside vendors (e.g.AC servicing,paint, furniture polish, etc).
3 Challenges:
1. Managing the on-site operations of the office environment including facilities,janitorial and office equipment.
2. Hire,train,and supervise support staff. Ensure team is fully utilized and productive.
3. Train team on customer service protocols to increase internal customer satisfaction.
