STYLE TEXTILE. Owns & operates a production facility which includes Knitting, Dyeing, Fabric Finishing, Cutting, Art Work & Stitching of Garments. The factory is producing garments for ADIDAS, REEBOK, NIKE, HURLEY, TOM TAILOR. Responsibilities Include:
Handle all type of matters regarding CY/CY, CFS Shipments.
Supervise Export team to handle all major buyers like ADIDAS/REEBOK, NIKE, LEVIS, TOM TAILOR, HURLEY.
Handle Rebates and R&D according to TDAP notifications and SRO’s (209).
To Prepare Pre & Post Shipment Documents according to the “Buyer’s Shipping & Quality Manual using computer application and ERP.
Corresponding with Forwarders, Shipping Lines regarding vessel approvals for CY/CY, CFS Shipments.
Communication with Clearing Agents concern custom matters and G. D’s with relevant SRO’s and import Consumption. Departments in contact:
Custom Authorities. (LAFU, KAFU, KAPR, KICT, QICT, PICT & DRY PORT-Lahore.) TDAP. LCCI. Banks.
Custom auditors (ISO & Import Audits)

My responsibilities at Multi Logistic Solutions included but were not limited to:

Taking follow up with Customers and send the proper updates.

Negotiations & follow up with vendors, carrier and shipping agents.

Maintaining records and reports of every customer.

Maintaining Accounts detail of every customer.

Approach to new customer for increase Company Sale.

Maintaining tracking sheet.
