Corporate Clients Relationship Team
Properly validate the information on all received medical claims. Put
them accordingly in Excel Sheet, forward them into claim department.
Take follow-up from claim department including medical team.
Coordination and handling queries received from branches and clients.
Handling all queries from clients regarding claims settlement, give
them on time, properly feedback according to queries.
Preparation and maintain the record of Daily Log. Keep meticulous
records of claims and follow up on lapsed cases.
Working on computer based software(PREMIA) for checking status of
claims, making different reports including PCDR, PCR, CCR etc
