Smart project planning with P.M to reach out stakeholders for the smooth implementation of the project
Lead the project team in the baseline survey, identification of key informants/stakeholders, teaming, facilitating partner institutions to identify the target UC’s population.
Lead & monitor the hiring of Project supervisors and community youth facilitators for need identification designing and implementation of local Community Social Action Plans.
Facilitate project orientation, TOT sessions for newly hired field staff, Including Project supervisors and community youth facilitators. 
Assist & supervise the field team in volunteer selection & management, need identification and Identifying the targeted youth (skilled, unskilled, educated & uneducated), existing networks, colleges universities and skill training institutions to come up with the new solutions of the community issues.
Supervise and monitor all the field activities (corner meetings, BBCM, Mass-awareness, sensitization, realization, mobilization sessions and formation of Community support groups at UC and tehsil level.
Designing TOR’s for the newly formed networks, arranging meetings consultation workshops and training plans.

Within the BDRP-jhang phase 2, I have been promoted as component lead (Employment Support Program -ESP).
I was responsible to design the ESP; its planning, budgeting, and implementation and exit strategy with the number of 411 male & female skill training graduates in the three different trades (Dress making, Motor bike & Mobile Repairing).
Successfully and timely achieved the set targets regarding job placement, linkage development with the relevant industry through smart planning and management of the ESP.
Took lead in the shortlisting & interviews for the selection of potential trained graduates from the targeted UC’s.
Being component lead looked into overall mapping of potential markets & industries for the job placement.
Conducted consultation workshops with the market/industries to find the better opportunities for trained graduates.
Successfully established 10 Dress making production centers and placed 150 female trained graduates.
Provide technical & financial assistance to the 200 motor bike and mobile repairing trained graduates, and distribute tool kit for their small scale startups in their areas.
Successfully placed 61 trained graduates as interne leads to job at potential markets/industries
Strengthening the skills, providing tool kits and linkage development; 411 households were made livelihood resilient.
Follow-up visits, monitoring & reporting to P.M all the project interventions carried out by the social Mobilizers, compile the case studies, success stories, lesson learned, monthly, quarterly and completion reports.

Successfully achieved the desired results of the BDRP-project through smart Planning, implementation and management of the CBDRM/ WASH/ Livelihood & Infrastructure field teams and project interventions.
Being sector lead looked into overall strategic direction and achievement of project objectives maintaining internal and external technical coordination and mentoring of the team for effective implementation of the project ensuring that project meet quality, budget and timelines.
Conduct DRR based activities so that stakeholders (communities, government officials, schools) have increased capacity to prevent, prepare for and mitigate disaster risk through locally appropriate DRR strategies.
Assist team in the wash, SBDRM interventions, supervise and Conduct Capacity building programs at school and community level for VDMCs and also cover Hazard, Risk, Vulnerability and Capacity assessment (HRVCA), R&R Profiling, triggering, ODF to come up with Disaster Risk Management Plans for affected UC’s.
Assist field team in formation of VDMC, UCDMC, ERT’s and SDMC’s to develop the disaster resilient communities.
Lead & monitor field team in distribution of ERT kit, CSA material and WASH kits for schools & community.
Organize the International/National Disaster Day, IVD, International PWD Day ad Global Hand Washing Day with the coordination of all the govt. stakeholders.
Successfully installed 70 disaster resilient hand pumps, identified by UDMC’s in Disaster Management Plans.
Successfully Constructed 70 disaster resilient shelter homes, identified by UDMC’s in Disaster Management Plans.
Successfully completed large level infrastructure schemes in all the 7 UC’s identified by UDMC’s in Disaster Management Plan. 
Managed & organized various media awareness and advocacy campaigns, IEC material, training modules and assisted in development of DRR signature program and new DRR integrated projects and Proposals.
Monitoring of the project activities implemented by the field team, prepare and ensure quality of documentation and reports of the relevant components by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.

Successfully completed the Community youth resilience project through smart planning & implementation strategy, and in coordination with team and partner organizations (Women Right Association (WRA), Rescue 1122) for making the project successful.
Develop “Youth-Resilience” signature program for VSO Pakistan with the support of concerned stakeholders and partners.
Lead in the locale selection, Stakeholder, Partners and Community Youth Facilitators (CYF) mapping and engagement, Community mobilization, Capacity building program and FGD’s.
Lead and supervise the project team to establish both community support groups (CSG’s) & Youth Employability Network (YEN), also facilitate the capacity building trainings of youth on social cohesion, community resilience and social enterprise.
Through participatory approach ensure resilience, social enterprise, and DRR component in designing, and implementation of social action plans to make communities youth safe & livelihood resilient.
Assist finance manager in quarterly project implementation budgeting plan in coordination with resilience partners 1122.
Facilitated as trainer in BLS, First Aid, CADRE, and CBDRM training sessions to develop Youth ERT’s at UC level; celebrate & organized all the events (National & International) with engagement of youth networks and Govt. departments, on Disaster Day, International Volunteer Day, International Peace Day and Policy dialogues).
Took the lead for organizing 1st and 2nd National level rescue (CERT- CADRE) challenge, and youth issues based Advocacy campaigns.
Develop project documents (DIP, Project progress reports, work plans, formats, manuals, IEC material and all the branding material, with all that compiling of case studies, and project documentary.

Complete the formation of ERT’s in 10 UC’s and organized Drama skits in targeted tehsils.

Successfully and timely completed the Dairy Project components targets with the support of trainings and mobilization team.
Managed the farmer training & support for Dairy Farmers activities
Managed the trainings and support for Artificial Insemination Technicians (AIT”), Women Livestock Extension Workers (WLEW’s) & Farm Manger activities at zonal level.
Managed community mobilization and mass awareness campaign project activities with the support of zonal mobilization team.
Assist monitoring team by providing them validated and finalized project beneficiaries from the support of project team
1200 unemployed rural youth were made self-resilient by certifying as trained AIT’s, & toolkits were also distributed among trained AIT’s.
1600 unemployed rural women were made livelihood-resilient by certifying and trained them in animal husbandry and livestock management services to dairy farmers in more than 150 villages serve as rural entrepreneurs.
Lead the Dairy Project mass communication campaign, and raised awareness about best dairy farming practices among 150 villages.
Assist project engineers by timely follow-up visits to complete & up gradation of the 25 modern model Dairy Farms for farmer trainings.
Assist and monitor the installation of 50 cubic meter Bio-Gas units to shift 5 irrigation tube-wells running on fuel to manure Bio-Gas.
Lead, managed and assist team to organize 250 silage shows, and 70 street shows for public awareness regarding modern dairy practices for rural development.
Carefully plan, manage and execute the training plans and completed timely and successfully.
Support beneficiaries by providing initial support kits, introducing them in community by arranging induction meetings, Farmer Days and Farmer Help Camps. To establish their linkages with the dairy sector market players (milk and meat market) and interlink beneficiaries.
Plan and arrange refresher/advance training to 700 WLEWs, to increase and boost the income level of already trained WLEWs.
Make liaison for partnerships with universities and other institutions to certify farmers and farm managers attending 1 day, 3 day, 7 day, and 30-day farm management training and 3 month project trained WLEWs and AITs.
Provide follow-up to the beneficiaries to be able to support their activities, solve on-field problems and improve linkages of the beneficiaries with their community & stakeholders.
Ensure proper asset management and take supervision of all interventions, media and Awareness Campaign at zonal level.
Assistance to Field Operations Manager in office for team management, Donor visits and field related activities.
Finalize & validate different type of benefices for their trainings as per project SOPs within given timelines also lead and monitor the distribution of AIT Motor bikes and WLEW Kit handing over.
