Here I am working as Officer HR at Plant Operations of the company.
Responsibilities include:
• Plan and schedule interviews, and selection procedures, including Telephonic screening calls, and in-person interviews.
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using an Applicant Tracking System.
• Posting jobs on different platforms, assisting with the screening, interviewing, reference check, and offer letter process.
• Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that redirect each position’s requirements.
• Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Responsibilities included:
• Recruitment and Selection.
• Maintains human resources records by maintaining applications, resumes, and applicant logs.
• Making complete payroll and attendance management of the employees.
• Coordination with Payroll for timely disbursement of salaries.
• Employee Database Management in HRMS.
• Verifies candidate’s background by contacting references.
• Editing Job Advertisements.
• Training and Orientation Coordination with staff.
• Employee Personnel Files Management.
Responsibilities included:
• Advising present and prospective customers by making calls to potential clients of the bank.
• Influences customers to buy or retain products or services by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
• Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
• Meet sales target assigned by the Business.
• Maintain relationship and ensure efficient time management for clients.
• Keep organization standard high & motivate subordinates to keep their morale high.
• Respond to customer queries with information about products and services or technical assistance.
