1: Work Experience:- Presently working with (The First Microfinance Bank Ltd. Head Office Islamabad) as an Administration Officer from 1st January, 2008 to till. Responsibilities of Admin, Logistics , Procurement, Pay Roll Out Source Staff , Repair & Maintenance and Event Management:- • Processing all type of procurements for the bank with all its formalities like getting quotation, making comparative statement, getting approval with a high standard of transparency. Coordinating with regions, departments, partners & Institutions for delivery of goods and exchange of information regarding procurement. Raising Purchase orders for the goods and services, monitoring expenses and process payment for the goods and services procured; • Purchase all supplies including stationery for the bank according to the bank policies. • Facilitate preferred supplier committee, ensuring compliance with bank policies requirements at all times. • Making market survey for various products and calling quotations for them. Facilitate the head office staff and all branches of bank for the survey of hotel and guest house accommodation.Receiving sample from the vendor and tagged them for bid opening.To ensure that all advances for procurement are liquidated in a timely manner and any other duties as may be assigned by Head administration. Follow up for all purchase and payment.Effective project management skills. Effective understanding of latest technologies and should identity how to apply them in marketing. Good team player and should meet or exceed team goals. Plan decisions and practice good judgment.Build excellent working relationship to attain goals.Work collaboratively and efficiently as a team member.
